Stay Tuned with Preet: An interview with Joe Kennedy
In a recent podcast interview, Joe Kennedy joined Preet Bharara on his podcast, Stay Tuned with Preet, to talk about Groundwork Project, an organization supporting grassroots organizing in rural America.
“What you need to do to make sure that people have faith in and can build common visions for their communities going forward is they need faith in people and in organizations, and the folks that can kind of bring people together — and those often times, in my experience, end up being local organizers,” Kennedy said.
Bharara and Kennedy then discuss what it means to do politics outside the spotlight and how Kennedy is navigating legacy, loss, and the long game of building trust where Democrats have stopped showing up.
